ERAS Review by Dr. Stacy Beal is a professional ERAS application review service. Until recently, I was a residency program director at a major US training program. During my 7+ years as PD, I reviewed thousands of ERAS applications. I was responsible for creating our rank lists and am extremely aware of how a PD might choose to rank someone higher or lower than other well qualified applicants.
